EVENT SETUP MODULE

This allows the administrator to effectively organize the overall event summary as well as the various sessions and options available. Also maintains cost, rules and regulations for discounts and refunds  which helps the organizer to effectively communicate with participants. 

SESSION MANAGEMENT MODULE  

A simple, user-friendly setup for tracking all relevant session details, and also includes a “dashboard style” interface for easy inquiry. To edit details for any session, just click on the session in the grid. Access the various fields on each tab for the relevant logistic group as defined by the event organizer during its setup. 

EVENT RESOURCE MODULE 

An easy and effective way for event planners to coordinate staffing requirements and manage various locations. Tag a resource with one or many logistics such as travel, accommodation, and food. 

COMMUNICATION MODULE  

Provides setup for mass and individual mailing based on an event as well as for each of its constituent activities. This empowers the user to send a Confirmation mail, Payment receipt, and Payment reminders automatically as scheduled.

CUSTOMER  INTERFACE – MODULE  

System administrators are able to define the local database for customer maintenance and also the third party interface to any CRM system. This is performed through simulated Web services and API Lookup. 

USER MANAGEMENT MODULE  

Now, it’s easy for you to edit user details, send bulk e-mails, and track a communications history. With this, you can create tailored reports summarizing these details. Role-based management of users enables event administrators to create custom user menus and process flow based on their role.

 WEB CONTENT ADMINISTRATION MODULE  

Manage web content administration through various WEB parts designed with the event system. This allows the administrator to define a separate Event Portal for each type of event – complete with custom-defined templates and skins.

REGISTRATION MODULE – SMART CLIENT 

Efficiently displays all agenda items and the different available sessions, as well as the cost details, allowing the participant to use various options. A simple, single-screen user interface shows all logistic modules (such as travel, accommodation, or food) and allows specific allocation as per the needs of the participants. 

REGISTRATION MODULE – WEB CLIENT  

Not only does it allows seat reservation for both individuals and groups but also enables the use of credit cards for payments.  An easy-to-use interface for Customers to choose their options. The back end smart client helps the Organizers to allocate the requests as per participants choice. A confirmation process allows effective communication between customers and organizers. 

PARTICIPANT DASHBOARD MODULE 

A single “snapshot” of all the details about the participants for event organizers. View all content and logistics info related to the event (session-specific) and details of allocation with regard to the seat number and room number. 

SESSION EVALUATIONS 

Get feedback about how effectively your content has been presented by the speaker. View this information based on the content, presentation, and other required inputs to improve the session in the future. This feedback is provided from the custom template created through the DOT NET NUKE templates which can be attached to the session level.
 

PAYMENT, ADJUSTMENT MODULE AND ACCOUNTING INTERFACE 

Enables you to track all accounting requirements for each event. The system allows for entering payment through all transaction types: cash, credit card, check and other payment modes. 

 REPORTING MODULE 

Empowered by a Filtering Window with all the possible parameters for each report type - providing the customer with a unique report as determined by the specified filter conditions. The standard reports include: event listing, details of setup, customer and participant info for each event. There are also reports containing event-specific payment and adjustment details, reservation grouping info and confirmation reports.
