Tier - II Cities hold the key
The Government must attract anchor businesses into the tier II
regions and facilitate for the creation of center of Excellence
and Cluster Approach. There should also be some specific
government support mechanism through incentives. The tier II
cities must develop string human resource feeder mechanism and set
standards from technical education with International Benchmarking
to attract local and global talent, opined the experts, who had
participated in the session on Tier - II Cities.
